Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.


When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Delivery is charged at £4,95 per order (UK mainland only for order values less than £75,00)

We can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery,
Delivery We aim to dispatch for next day delivery if orders are received before midday and items are in stock unless otherwise stated, however please allow up to 3 to 5 days for your goods,
For out of stock products we aim to deliver in 7 to 10 days, You will be notified by email if there is a delay, and kept updated of any further delays to a maximum of 28 days,

Delivery and Warranty Policy for Big K products All products will be delivered within 14 to 21 days, subject to availability and the order value having been fully paid. We will contact you if there is a delay in delivering within this period.
Speciality products, which are imported as per order, require a delivery period of 4 - 6 weeks.

The barbecue is delivered in component parts and shrink-wrapped on a pallet through our standard delivery service. An assembly service is not available.

Prior to dispatch of your order, you will be contacted by the haulage company to arrange a convenient date for the delivery of your item. Should you be unavailable to take delivery on the agreed date, you will be liable for the cost of the second delivery attempt to yourself or the return delivery to Big K Products. This also applies, if a suitable and safe area is not provided and the driver is, therefore, unable to deliver the goods.

Standard Delivery Service:
Under our standard delivery service, barbecue items are delivered by pallet on a 7.5 t tail-lift lorry to the nearest vehicular access of your property. This is not a two-man delivery service and for health and safety reasons, the driver:
- can only move the pallet using a pump truck
- cannot assist you in removing your barbecue from the pallet
- cannot assist you in manoeuvring the barbecue into your garden
- will not be able to remove the packaging from your property
- cannot pull the pump truck over kerbs, gravel drives, steps or into a back garden.

Warranty:
The barbecue is covered under warranty against faulty parts for a period of 12 months after purchase. Parts for non-stock barbecues can be delivered within 4 - 6 weeks.

Failed or Refused deliveries Where a delivery has been attempted on more than one occasion and failed and then the goods returned to BBQsGalore, the cost of the attempted deliveries, return postage and administration fee of 2,5% of the invoice total will be deducted from any refunds available,
Where a delivery has been refused and returned to BBQsGalore ( except damaged or faulty goods ) the cost of the attempted deliveries, return postage and administration fee of 2,5% of the invoice total will be deducted from any refunds available,
It is your responsibility to ensure goods ordered are able to fit through entrances to your property,
BBQsGalore excepts no responability for goods ordered and delivered to addresses with insufficient access,

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. We can arrange to collect the products from you, but the cost of this will be charged to you and will be deducted from any refund to you.

Refunds To receive a refund please return your goods to us within 14 days from date of delivery,

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting,
We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit,
We recommend that you return items via registered mail,

Please note that the original postage ( if applicable ) and the return postage will not be refunded, We also charge 20% of the order as an administration charge on all refunds.

Your Right To Cancel You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.

Damaged Goods If you receive goods that you suspect have been damaged in transit please sign unchecked upon delivery and notify BBQsGalore within 24hours, We ask that you photograph all damaged items immediately and forward these images to us via your order confirmation email within 48 hours, If you are only the recipient please call 01684 577700 for a return email address, To facilitate carrior claims you must comply to the time restrictions listed above, BBQsGalore except no responsibility for damaged in transit goods after such time has passed and your claim will be void,
